In the heart of the prairie provinces of Canada, winter projects are tested in the underground mall parkades. At -25 degrees Celsius it can take a while to get a big twin to fire up, but it's a supreme treat to get a few moments of riding and trouble shooting when the deep freeze is in effect above ground.
